symbol near simulink blocks

Hi.

In my Simulink model, I have some arrows adjacent to some of the blocks in my model. I can't find any documentation about what these mean and I'm not even sure what to search for in these forums. Ive tried a few searches like "symbols near signal routing arrows" and the like, but cant find anything. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
