脳波解析をしているのですが、眼電や筋電が混入してしまうため、
ICA（独立成分分析）などを使い削除したいのですが、

Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox に rica という関数があります。
再構成 ICA の使用による特徴抽出
他にも File Exchange を見るといくつか関数が公開されていますね。

ありがとうございます。脳波の解析では一般的な手法なんですね、勉強になりました。
サンプルコードを検索していると、EEGLABがよく登場しますがこちら使っていますか？
