How to send data between a raspberry pi programmed in simulink and an arduino due using bluetooth

I have developed a Simulink model for a raspberry pi and I need to send and recieve data from it from 2 arduino boards(programmed externally) so i need to utilise two channels on the raspberry pi bluetooth. Does anyone now had to do this? I am using 2017b but i also have the 2018b release if that helps.
