Is it possible to deploy a standalone application in iOS or Android devices?

I know that simulink allow us to deploy an application in Android or iOS devices but we need matlab mobile. Can i create a standalone application?

You do not need matlab mobile when you use Simulink to deploy to either of those. You can generate complete apps for the platform. You might possibly need Simulink Coder, but my memory is that you do not need it for those two platforms.

However the input and output blocks are pretty restricted.
