Student Activation stuck on Registration

Hi guys, I've recently got a new computer and moved my MATLAB 2013a version onto a new computer that I got for college. I redownloaded and MATLAB itself and unlinked the old ID from my old computer and set it to the new one. However I am stuck on the Student Registration Screen where it asks for me to put in my name, school, major and year of graduation. After hitting the Next button a brief popup shows that its sent the information and its "getting data" but after that nothing happens. It returns to the same student registration screen. I haven't received any emails from MathWorks. I was wondering if any of you knew what to do and how to proceed.

Hi David,

Once check the accounts you linked, you might have possibly linked two different accounts, where only one of your accounts might have been linked to your college.

Also, kindly retry the process again from the beginning and try checking if you are facing any issues as earlier. If you still face any issues, try reinstalling MATLAB and try the process again.
