How can I set up my MATLAB view to see all the results, plots in one window?

14 views (last 30 days)
Today I was on a lecture where I saw a guy how used Matlab in a different way. We had to solve exercises where the answers were different plots. When I use MATLAB it's always show up new figures in new windows. That guy had a slip view in his screen. In the left he used the editor. On the right he had all the results but his MATLAB was able to show all the plots in that window and the guy could scroll down and up in the results and plots.
Can anyone help me to figure out how can I set up this type of practical options?

Hi Balazs,
From your description it seems like you are referring to MATLAB 'Live Scripts'. These are files which can contain code, output and formatted text together in a single environment. Please refer the link below to read more about 'Live Scripts'. https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2018a/matlab/matlab_prog/create-live-scripts.html
