How to phase shift a signal in simulink?

I have to shift the phase of a signal by a specific amount in Simulink. I don't have the communication systems toolbox installed so I don't have access to the complex phase shifter block. If anyone could help me figure out how to do it with the existing blocks in Simulink, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion but I cannot open the example with "Try it in Matlab" and the block itself does not exist in the library.
