Actually i want to generate a large amount of random number in order of 16*10^9 .For this amount of data bits the matlab shows out of memory. Is there any way to do this please suggest me.

Save the random numbers to hard drive via fwrite and read the numbers from file via fread. OR, just control the random number generator algorithm so you can repeatedly get the same "random" numbers, which are really pseudo-random numbers.

In some cases you can use tall() arrays.
I estimate that you need about 120 gigabytes of memory to hold all of those random samples. You should consider using a different workflow.
