Solver stopped prematurely. MaxFunctionEvaluation. How can i solve this error. And how to find global min or optimal solution. Fixing the X0 can generate the result or do i need to modify something else. If some-one knows please help. Thank You.

You can look into optimoptions to create a new options variable with a higher MaxFunctionEvaluations attribute and then call fmincon again using these new options. However this may also be a sign that your initial conditions are too far off or that one of your functions is inefficient, which is a different issue.
