Needed frequency analysis of 3D Plot obtained from Manometry of Human colon using wavelet analysis.

I am new to Matlab and I need to generate frequency spectrum of a 3D graph (x= Time, y=sensor position, z=amplitude) of pressure. I have installed Matlab student version and purchased wavelet toolbox. However I could not find any help online. Please guide how can I load the 3D graph in Matlab and perform wavelet analysis of that graph and plot its frequency spectrum.

One approach for this problem would be split the data into two components, i.e. sensor position as a function of time and amplitude as a function of time and then perform a wavelet coherence on the two time series components ?
