Extracting face point for recognition

Hye, im having problem with extracting facial feature points in Matlab. I actually want to extract 83 facial feature points from 3D image so that later it can be process for face recognition. May i know where or how i could extract all these feature points? Can you guys give any tips / references or sample format on how to extract these features in Matlab. Im using R2015b.
