Problems with rosbags in R2018a

I recently upgraded from R2017b to R2018a. I am using it to open rosbags and parse them, I attached one of the bags I am trying to open. When I try to run rosbag('10.bag') it doesn't work in R2018a and not in R2017b.
The error in R2018a is: "No definition for MultiArrayLayout", but if I run 'rosmsg info std_msgs/MultiArrayLayout' i can get the definition of MultiArrayLayout.
