What is the reason that some solvers are not available as a global solver in Simulink, but are available as a local solver in Simscape?

According to this documentation, the Backward Euler, Trapezoidal Rule and Partitioning solvers can be used as a Simscape local network solver. Why these solvers are not available for Simulink global solver too?

These solvers (Backward Euler, Trapezoidal Rule, and Partitioning) are specifically designed to handle the physical network equations used in Simscape models. Simulink global solvers are intended for general-purpose models.
