How to make csv formatting or exporting to excel file?

Currently my Matlab code is printing my data into a csv file, although I was wondering how to change various parts (bold, title) or export completely to excel instead. I attached a copy of the csv it is printing as and I attached how I am hoping to make it look like in Excel.
