I am not able to use Matlab Online. I get logged in but the online workspace is not loaded?

This may happen when your MATLAB Online session data has become corrupted. To resolve the issue:

1. Go to https://drive.matlab.com

2. Log in

3. In upper right, click on your name and select “Show Hidden Files”

4. Delete the .session folder

5. Go to https://matlab.mathworks.com

6. Log in
