CREATING VARIABLE MAJOR AND MINOR AXIS OF ELLIPSE

How to create a varying minor and major axis of a circle with reference to the angle of incidence. When roll, pitch, yaw is given in 3d plane.

That does not sound like an ellipse, that sounds like an ellipsoid, unless you are asking to create a 2d ellipse on a tilted 3d plane?

let's say if there i have major axis coords,then h,k too (centre points) so how to plot the ellipse ( is e assumed ) ?
