Haar transform of ODE to systems of algebraic eqns

Hello, I would like to transform the given eqn.

y'''+(1-x^2)y=0

to a system of algebraic equations. It appears the Haar wavelet can be used for such a transform. Is there any method as such in MATLAB to transform the given ODE to N-algebraic eqns?
