please what the operating system used to run dictionary learning toolbox called(spam toolbox) and i ask if i must obtain matlab for this operating system or use the matlab version of windows

There has never been a 32 bit version of Mac OS (and the 32 bit version of OS-X was a good decade ago) so 64 bit is supported for sure.

implies that MATLAB is not finding a compiled version of mexTrainDL.

That appears to be a valid path for MinGW. However, MinGW is based on gcc, and in discussion of this topic with you before, I showed you that the compilation script expects there to be a problems with using gcc on MS Windows.

I do not currently have any compilers installed on any MS Windows system, so I cannot build the software of MS Windows at this time.
