Attempted to access c(2,4); index out of bounds because size(c)=[20,3].
Error in fincode
(line 194) st=double(floor(c(2,y)*10^13));

Do not let y have a value greater than 3 because you do not have any more than 3 columns. Why are you trying to access column 4 when there is no column 4?
