neural network tool box with matlab student eddition

If a purchase the neural networks tool box, will it run with my student version of matlab. Need to learn for a class in the Fall.

You need to purchase the student version of the NN toolbox, and the version must correspond to the MATLAB student version you have.

i have bought the 2013 student version together with neural network toolbox. but it fail to run the toolbox as this line is keep coming out in the command box. "undefined function or variable network".

Please help. Im trying to contact support from MATHWORK homepage, but today is almost a week still no response from u guys. really feel cheated and wasted.
