Is the dll formed successfully still functional?

Dll formed using library compiler had functions like uigetfile, imagesc, gather, fullfile etc in its mat file. And yet it showed no error while getting formed. Does this mean that the functions have been well received? How can test my dlls before passing them onto the c++ gyu
