how to compare transformed images

Sir,

I attached three images. when comparison occurs among these images suppose a=imread(2.jpg), b= imread(sh2.jpg), c= imread(n2.jpg) when to compare between (c,a) and (c,b)resembles the same. How can I implement in matlab. Please help me sir.
