Getting SS representation of the system via Simulink

I've a system of nonlinear and highly coupled differential equations. I can simulate response of the system using Simulink. I would like to know can I get SS representation of the system via Simulink? Anticipating quick reply!

SS = state space, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_space_%28controls%29 (was curious and had to look it up)
