How can I get student license?

My school Erciyes University has a license that allows you to use and install MATLAB. But I can't get the license activation code.What could be the reason for this?Is it because I try to get it at home?

It is very speculative for us in the community what might goes wrong between your university computer center and you(r installation). If you speak with them and they cannot resolve it, the can contact support.
