AC3 Sensorless FOC Induction Motor Drive Tunning

Hello. I'm creating an AC3 - Sensorless Field-Oriented Control Induction Motor Drive model.
My model is the same as in the example: AC3 - Sensorless Field-Oriented Control Induction Motor.
I needed to change the type of induction motor and its parameters. I want to operate an induction motor with power 3kW (1412 rpm). I calculated all the necessary parameters of the model as indicated in the example: Retune the Drive Parameters
I did the modeling and the results disappointed me a little. If the moment of resistance on the motor shaft is zero, then the simulation results are satisfactory. If, on the motor shaft, a moment of resistance appears, the motor starts to gain uncontrolled speed and the magnetic flux drops to 0.
Without T on motor shaft
With T on motor shaft
I suspect that the controls on my drive are not configured correctly, but I do not know how to properly configure them. The magnetic flux circuit can not be tuned, possibly due to the presence of a speed estimator (based on the MRAS) in the model. Maybe I'm wrong. And one more question, how can I speedup modeling? I want my 2 drives to control the mechanism that is modeled in SymMultibody.
Please help me.

Understood himself. I incorrectly set the mutual induction parameter in the Speed Recognizer settings (MRAS). Now all fine.
