Simulink Model DC Motor with Transmission Gear

Hey, so I have a DC Motor Model in Simulink:

Now I want to model a Transmission gear with a transmission ratio and an inertia. How do I model the gear? Thanks you very much

Please see Vehicle in Simscape Driveline and Simulink - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com). It shows both Simulink and Simscape Driveline methods for adding gears to models. Using Simscape is generally more flexible and extensible for physical system modeling.
