Hey everyone, I wonder if a tools or apps exist to simulate a magnetic field , and see the influence on impedance on the coil

Refer Solve PDEs that model static electrical and magnetic fields section if that fits your workflow. GO through "PDE App workflow" examples.

There is a magnetic field simulator submitted by contributors in community.

[Precise Simulation]

FEATool Multiphysics has built-in physics modes for Electrostatics simulations, you can for example have a look at the magnet or capacitor models (although you can easily set them up in the GUI they are unfortunately currently only defined as m-script files in the documentation).
