Matlab or Simulink for Beagle Bone Black PRU

Hello,
I would like to use Matlab / Simulink to program the Beagle Bone Black. I am aware of the support available for ARM (https://uk.mathworks.com/hardware-support/beaglebone-black.html).
However, I would like to access the PRU (two real-time 200MHz processors) of the Beagle Bone Black. Is there any support for this in Matlab/Simulink?
I know there are some python / c / basic packages out there which handle it, but I would prefer Matlab, as it's easier and I also need I2C communication through the PRU which will be a pain in these external packages.
Thank you for any suggestion!
