smoothing compressed ECG-signal

Hi guys! I used a compressed sensing to compress ECG-signal. Main signal is:

Reconstructed signal from 20% of main signal is:

Smoothed signal is:

Zoomed smoothed and reconstructed signal is:

Obviously, it is very similar to main signal. if we remove range [0 ~50] and [~1600 end], the reconstructed signal is the same of main signal. Would you guide me to solve this problem?
