Why do i get error 'No supported compiler or SDK was found' when i use mex -setup?

I am using Matlab R2016b and already installed 'MinGW-w64 C/C++ Compiler from TDM-GCC' from Add-ons. but still got the error message. Had anyone a similar problem or any idea to solve it?

Are you sure it's supported? Down to the version number.

Yep, I am sure. it's MinGW GCC 4.9.2 from TDMi, supported by MATLAB R2015b and beyond. I installed it from matlab Add-On Explorer.
