How to make a realtime simulator

I have a data set (lets say ==x+w) in matrix form."w" is some added noise and x is the data set . X+w is the received signal.Then i make Least Square estimation to estimate the x from received end.that means i have to plot estimated value and real 'x' in real time simulator. please help.if you have any idea on making a simulator ,that would be great.
