how to calculate the processing time for the simulation

is there any instructions holding to do the operation of the finding the processing time of an event

yes. You can tic and toc functions for that. for example,
tic %event starts here . . some instructions
. . . toc % event ends here.

under Models-Properties than Callbacks than StartFcn -> tic than StopFcn -> toc. done! after simulations you will see the simulation time in MATLAB
