what is block arguments about handle meaing?

bb=get_param('test/Gain','handle')
when i run this program,it returns bb=9.0002,what does that mean?

Each block, line, annotation, etc. in a Simulink model has a unique numeric identifier. It's called a "handle". You can use the handle to refer to that specific block, for example:
set_param(bb, 'Gain', '2')
