Signal Recovery on Simulink

How do i play around the low pass filter to recover two signals (square and sine wave which are the generated and carrier messages respectively) at the output end. Thanks

You can log the data using Simulink logging and access data at the end of simulation.

My instructor asked me to play around the low pass filter to recover both signals, i don't know if it's related using simulink logging. Just a beginner though.
