Mixing Process Dark Image Enhancement

Hey there
When i was looking for the image enhancement on brighten the dark images i had a problem. I have an article about that and i cannot implement that formula.
yin = my image file
Thdark is a constant that i calculated before so it is not important for now.Problem is how should i calculate every pixel without using loops.
