how to open a block from Simulink at GUI

Hey, I'm creating a user interface with GUIDE of one Simulink model. So how to open this block (this block is at Simulink model):

By open, do you mean the double clicking action on the model? If yes, you can use the open_system command. Example below:

open_system('my_model/block_name')
