how does StreakArrow work ?

Hi,
I just found what I was looking for its this file exchange called StreakArrow available to download free, does anyone know how it works ? I cant find a way to run it even with its own example https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/22269-streakarrow
