Regarding modeling of a medium

Hey!

I want to design a medium which has characteristics of "Body Fat" . I don't know from where to start. I searched some commands for designing a surface like "mesh" and "surf" but i couldn't find equations for fat implementation. And i don't have any idea how to design a surface using these commands. I searched some codes and research papers where adipose tissues have been designed but couldn't find the way in which it should be modeled.. I want to pass sine waves through this medium of different frequencies and check the results and note the values according to it.

Can anybody help please?
