How can I update my password for Mathworks account?

I have followed the password reset instructions and when trying to update the password, I get an invalid password result. I have used 8 or more characters, upper and lower case, and numeric. Suggestions? (My license is up to date.)

Try a password that you have not previously used with your MathWorks account. I have seen a handful of cases where repeat passwords are sometimes not accepted.
