Trying to install arduino in MATLAB

I have installed support package for Arduino but if I am trying to write and run the program, it will show "Failed to open serial port COM4 to communicate with Arduino board Uno. Make sure there is no other MATLAB Arduino object for this board. For troubleshooting, see Arduino Hardware Troubleshooting". Kindly help me with this.

Type the following in the command window and try to connect again. I hope it helps!

delete (instrfind)
