Menubar and toolbar are missing in simulink and simmechanics library and editor windows

Hi

i am facing this problem that when i open simulink or simmechanics editor window the menubar and toolbar are missing completely i have attached a picture to make it more clear. i am trying every means to find out how to fix this problem yesterday when i restarted the matlab it started working normally but today i had this problem again and inspite of restarting the program it is now visible. kindly let me know how this can be resolved and menubar and toolbar in all windows visible automatically.

For MATLAB R2016, remove the following path from "setpath" $MATLABROOT\toolbox\simulink\simulink\resources

Where $MATLABROOT is the path where you installed MATLAB (Example: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016a\)

It shall start working.
