Ranking based on certain criteria?

- Example
- [Time, Shop bought from, Amount bought, Various shops and amount offered]
- [1:00, Roxys , 5 , Roxys , 8, Benny's, 0, Frankies, 10]
- Okay so in this first example, I have bought 5 items from Roxy's.There are also two other shops offering items: we Have benny's offering 0 and Frankie's offering 10.
- I need help ranking these shops with the following criteria firstly from who I actually bought the Items from therefore Roxy's is good. Secondly the amount offered by the shop, Even those Roxy's offered 8 and Frankie's offered 10 I only got 5, that's not good I should have gotten all 8 or all 10 if I bought from Frankie's. Lastly I can't include Benny's in this line of ranking because the offered 0.this is one line I have about a 100, with these same three shops I need to rank them based on the criteria before. Would you know how? Thank you

Dear Avedakid, I recommend looking into Matlab's table() function.
