Download failed: connect timed out

Unable to install embedded coder support package for beaglebone black. It prompts "Download failed: connect timed out" I already disabled my antivirus...but no use...I guess there is a problem during the installation of linaro toolchain..pls help :(I am using Matlab R2015a
