Chain/cascade of general elements in Simulink/Simscape?

Is there a way to generate "n" general elements (for example a mass with two springs connected to it) in series? i.e. Use a mask of a subsystem to specify that I want 15/8/3 of these elements connected in series, with the first and last connections available as external connections to the subsystem.
