Convert contents of cell array to indivdual variables

I have a 7584 x 18 matrix which I have split into a cell array using mat2cell e.g.

c = mat2cell(data,repmat(48,158,1),18);

Is there an easy way to convert these to variables without naming each individually i.e. without having to stipulate Day01 = c{1}; Day02 = c{2} etc???

There aren't very many good reasons to do that, it turns out.
