how do I use TLC for ssSetTimeOfNextVarHit so that I can use rapid accelerator mode

In R2012b, a comment in simstruc.h says that TLC is required in order to support Rapid Accelerator mode when the ssSetTimeOfNextVarHit macro is used. What do I do to use TLC in this case?

Have you already tried to use the function LibSetVarNextHitTime?
