Call a .m file from Canoe (CAPL scripting)

Hi,
I wanted to call a function (a .mfile) from CANoe better in CAPL scripting.. How can I do that.
I also went through interfacing Matlab with CANoe (both offline and HiL mode). But I feel this is irrelevant.
I just need to call a function using CAPL script in CANoe?
