How to rename files?

I have a some JPG files and want to rename them. I will show you how I want to rename them:
2015-10-02 13.44.47.JPG
2015-10-02 13.49.36.JPG
2015-10-02 13.52.27.JPG
There are almost 1000 JPG files and I want 2015-10-02 13.44.47.JPG before each file ( e.g for the 3rd file, the first file should be renamed as 2015-10-02 13.52.26.JPG) How can I do that?

You might try Jan Simon's filerename.
