selecting top values

i HAVE A CODE BELOW
ind=nchoosek(1:100,2);
data12=[1:100]
FC1=data12(ind)
in this i get numel(FCI)=9600
i need only less than 100 values,i need to select only 1st 2 values from top ist 100 ,ist 2 values from 2nd 100 and so on ,please help

I have read this question several times, but it still does not make sense to me.
What are "top values"? And which matrix are you referring to wanting the entries from?
If you are referring to the FC1 array as being the one you want to sub-select from, then
FC1(1:100:end, :)
