Hi Jack,
The error message you are encountering suggests that the tool you are using requires an additional package called the EMMA (Extensible MATLAB Medical image Analysis) package from the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) to read MINC (.mnc) files. Here's what you can do to resolve this issue:Steps to Install and Use the EMMA Package
Download the EMMA Package:
- Visit the MNI Software page to find the EMMA package. You may need to search for it specifically, as it might be listed under older or specialized software.
Install the EMMA Package:
- Follow the instructions provided with the package to install it. This usually involves downloading the files and adding them to your MATLAB path. You can add a folder to your MATLAB path using:
addpath('/path/to/emma/folder');
Check Dependencies:
- Ensure that any dependencies required by the EMMA package are also installed. This might include MATLAB toolboxes or other software libraries.
Read MINC Files:
- Once the EMMA package is installed and set up, you should be able to use its functions to read MINC files. Consult any documentation included with the package for specific functions and usage examples.
Hope this helps.
